• The anterior pain of the knee is caused by different pathological changes; MRI is mandatory for a reliable diagnosis and treatment
• ACL reconstruction is best assessed by MRI based on the graft appearance and graft position
• PLC lesion are rare:

• Frequent associated with lesions of other structures
• An early and correct diagnosis is mandatory (instability, pain, ostearthritis)
• MRI is the method of choise in the dagnosis of PLC lesions
