– Diameter of tunnels: 8-11 mm

After 1 year:
– ACL graft tear similar in
appearance as tear of normal ACL

Decreasing artifacts

Increased bandwidth (maximum)

No gradient-echo and no fat suprresion
1.5T better than 3.0 T

Signal intensity:

– Depends on the time between syrgery and MRI

– Magic angle effects can be eliminated with the knee in flexion

– High-signal normal 1-2 years after surgery
